

The spring semester is already halfway through, and as students begin to move from the rush of midterms to prepare for finals, another task on many of their minds is getting ready for residence hall room registration for the fall semester. The deadline for all registration applications, along with the $125 application fee, is Friday, March 12, 2010 and students are urged to finalize all room group decisions in order to secure a room for the upcoming semester.

Officially becoming a student funded group in the fall 2007, the Asian Culture Club, or ACC, has set out to educate students about various Asian cultures and offer fun events that bring the campus community together. Because of the vacant executive board positions, the ACC had a slow start when the fall semester started.

Kean University students will travel into the future on Sunday, March 14, 2010, as Daylight Saving Time makes its first appearance of the new decade. Set for a 2:00 a.m. departure, the perennial journey through time shifts an hour of sunlight from the morning to the evening.
