

Although April 22 is recognized annually as a day of celebration, Earth Day supports year-round environmental responsibility. In its second year of celebration at Kean University, Earth Week is an extended festival of nature, through which students, faculty, and staff members practice the not-so-difficult habits of "being green.
Last year's was a success and we can expect that this year will be no different. Among their many other activities, the annual Charity Ball is a major event sponsored by Psi Sigma Phi, Multicultural Fraternity, Inc. Funded by Student Organization, the 9 annual Charity Ball will be on Wednesday, April 29 in Downs Hall with doors opening at 7 p.
After four years of hard work, students are finally graduating and ready to venture out into the "real world". Unfortunately, for most college graduates, la casa de mom and dad is the reality. Parents who were looking forward to "emptying the nest" after high school will now have to wait a little bit longer, since a number of their children are knocking on the door.
