Or worse, now after you eat you find yourself unbuckling your belt or even pulling down your zipper? Then you think to yourself, "wait a second, I never had to do this before I started college!" It can only be the one thing that college students dread the most: THE FRESHMAN FIFTEEN! A lot of college students wonder how 10, 15, or even 20 pounds can easily sneak up on them without noticing it right away.

Who said life should be more exciting when you graduate? College life should be all that and more, but it all depends on whether you want to make ever-lasting memories or not.
